        (一)Casting


        The TPU raw material is plasticized and melted by an extruder. The die is extruded through T-shaped structure, and the lamellar flow extends to the surface of the cooling roller, which rotates smoothly. The diaphragm is cooled and shaped on the cooling roller, and then the product is rolled after traction and trimming.
            
            (二)Blowing
            
        A plastic process in which plastic particles are heated, melted, and blown into a thin film. The quality of the film blown by this process depends on the machine and the plastic particles. The elasticity and viscosity of TPU material itself will stick together and shrink when it is formed. In order to avoid this, PE is used in production.
